Beaches In Morro de Sao Paulo

The main and most known beaches in Morro de São Paulo are located on the southern side of the village are are numbered in the sequence of a walk from the village: First beach, second beach, third beach, fourth beach and fith beach (also known as Praia do Encanto - beach of enchantment). With its palm trees and wand and transparent waters these beaches are simply mervelous and perfect for swimming and diving.

Each of these beaches has its own characteristics so every person will find their own favorite. The fourth and fith beach for example are quiet retreats perfect for privacy and a calm and relaxing stay where the second beach is a very vivid location by day and night.

In addition to these beaches there is also Praia do Porto de Cima, Praia da Ponta da Pedra and Gamboa beach which are located northwards from the village. These beaches are more frequented by the locals and few tourists ever go there.
